Repeat Prescriptions

pill_spill2There are many options available to order your repeat prescriptions:

  • Tick the appropriate medication on your computer slip, post in the box in entrance or send it to the practice
  • Between 2pm and 6pm Monday to Friday, ring our main line on Lincoln 681400.
  • Through the internet 24 hours a day/7 days a week by registering with the practice, you may view your repeat prescription screen and order on-line any repeat medication
  • We will send your prescription to you if you provide a S.A.E. 
  • The local pharmacies provide a free delivery service to those who need it - ask at the pharmacies.

Please ensure you allow 48 working hours when ordering regular repeated items.

Please remember that if you require a supply of medication it may be cheaper to purchase a pre-payment certificate.  Details are available through our receptionist, your chemist or Lincs NHS PCT (the address is on your medical card)
