Extended Hours

We do offer late appointments for patients who cannot attend during the day. We have two sessions per week, appointments are available from 6.30 pm Please ask at reception.  

When We Are Closed

During the week from 6.30 pm in the evening to 8.00 am the following morning and at weekends and Bank Holidays when the surgery is closed please ring 111 this is a freephone number. This allows you to access the Out of Hours service direct.

OOH service is available for urgent consultations which cannot wait until your GP surgery is open.

NHS Direct

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS Direct (0845 4647) to speak to a triage nurse. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

The nearest Accident and Emergency Unit is at Lincoln Hospital, Greetwell Road, Lincoln, LN2 5QY Tel: 01522 512512.

NHS Walk In Centre

The nearest to this practice is the Lincoln NHS Walk in Centre, 63 Monks Road, Lincoln, LN2 5HP. It is open Monday – Sunday 8 am – 8pm. They offer fast and convenient access to a range of NHS services, including health information, advice and treatment for a range of minor illnesses (coughs, colds, etc) and minor injuries (strains, sprains, cuts). The centre is run by a team of experienced Nurses and GP’s. and you do not need to make an appointment.
