The Swallowbeck Surgery is a 2 doctor partnership providing a full range of services & facilities for NHS patients. The practice has a PMS (Personal Medical Services) contract with Lincolnshire Primary Care Trust.

Dr Mark and Alison Fallon moved to the practice in 1990  The practice is committed to providing high quality patient friendly service.

Disabled Access

The premises have suitable access for disabled patients.  Our disabled facilities include a Front Automatic door and special toilet facilities and there are no steps.  There is a wheelchair available for patient use. There are comfortable easy sitting chairs in the waiting room for the infirm and elderly.  Our reception desk has an area for wheelchair access.
